My husband and our anniversary.
Together for almost 10 years, married for 3…and so so happy!

Thank you to my husband, The Chemical Engineer, Alex, (I had another nickname here but he kind of made a face when I mentioned it would be in the acknowledgments…so I’ll just keep it to myself :-)). I would need to write an entire series to explain how amazing you are, and I’m not even sure I could find the words. Thanks for believing in me. Always. (And for taking care of everything while I’m typing away).

I love outlining. Sometimes it really helps shape the story and give a clear direction on where to go, even if you deviate from it. Also happy anniversary. 😀 Thanks for sharing.
Happy anniversary! I write an outline also and a detailed character description log. I deviate from the outline and I’m always tinkering with it but it does help me with writers block. And Yay for the self pub corner!

Jaime mentioned that SINCE YOU’VE BEEN GONE is really good, so I’m going to have to put it on my TBR list too. I’m a staunch outliner, so I hope you find that it works for you with this WIP. I’m much too scatterbrained and forgetful to work without an outline lol. Have a very happy anniversary! 🙂

Usually, I’m big on outlining, although one of my current WIPs refuses to fall into this category. Hope it works well for you.
And yay to getting that far on the visa! My hubs found the interview totally okay and relaxed, more just a ‘make sure this person isn’t a total, crazy freak’ thing. It was the cost of the entire fun which blew our minds.

I think I need to read that outlining book. I’ve tried to outline before and just can’t seem to get the hang of it.

Outlining is really important, particularly when a book is going to be very long and complex, with many characters. I couldn’t have written any of my Russian novels without outlining and notes to remind me of what’s going to happen when.
