Chapter 1: Fear.
Chapter 2 – Erin: Here’s what we all know: Sometime this week or the next or the one after that, we will find another dead girl.
Chapter 3 – Dimitri: The football field almost seems smaller.
Chapter 4: That football game was stupid.
Chapter 5: The sun shines through the kitchen’s windows, but it doesn’t brighten the atmosphere.
Chapter 6 – Dimitri: The search party ended an hour ago, and since Coach wants me to help drill the guys at practice tomorrow, I should go home and work in the garage.
Chapter 7 – Erin: Mrs. Carmichael’s house is only a few minutes walking distance from ours, but Dimitri insists on driving me there instead of dropping me off at my house.
Chapter 8 – Dimitri: The space in the truck seems to get smaller and smaller with each ring.
Chapter 9: Mine, mine, mine.
Chapter 10 – Dimitri: Erin turns to me.
