Thank you to everyone who voted in my Instagram stories to help me decide on which exclusive excerpt to share today. 🙂 By popular demand, I am sharing another sample from the killer’s point-of-view…Perfect as we edge closer to Halloween…
As always, Megan Carter brings the story to life in such a wonderful manner, or in this case a very eerie manner. 🙂

Perhaps in a last attempt at survival, Rachel pushes herself to sit back up in an impressive move. Many girls have totally given up by this point.
“I won’t tell anyone who you are. I swear.”
Her upper lip quivers. And this time my smile turns angelic, innocent. It’s a smile I practice often, the one I use when I need to blend in the crowd. Right now, it’s a smile that teases her into believing she has a chance.
She must see hope in this smile, because she repeats, “I swear I won’t.”
But like all the other ones before her, this girl isn’t going home.
Have you already listened to the recording bloopers Megan agreed to share? Warning: even her bloopers sound amazing.
Have you already listened to other excerpts from the FEAR ME, FEAR ME NOT audiobook I shared over the past couple of weeks?
And have you read or listened to the three tips to audiobook narrators from Megan, the narrator of FEAR ME, FEAR ME NOT? You can read/listened to them here. 🙂
